Venue Seating Wizard is maintained in the open by one person. Every channel below reaches the maintainer directly — there is no support queue in between.

## Bugs and feature requests

The fastest route is a GitHub issue at [github.com/doodledood/seats-app/issues](https://github.com/doodledood/seats-app/issues). A good report says what you imported, what you expected the optimizer to do, and what it did instead. If the arrangement itself looks wrong, exporting the CSV and attaching it makes the problem reproducible in seconds.

## Questions about using the tool

Most questions are answered in the [documentation](https://venue-seating-wizard.aviramk.com/docs/), which covers the guests and tables CSV formats, how groups and cohesion strength interact, how seating preferences are scored, and what the penalty number in the interface means. The [developer portal](https://venue-seating-wizard.aviramk.com/developers/) covers the machine-readable surface.
