Your event data stays on your device

Venue Seating Wizard is a static site. Guest names, table layouts, groups, seating preferences and the arrangements the optimizer produces are parsed, solved and exported entirely inside your browser — the solver itself runs in a Web Worker on your own machine. None of it is transmitted to venue-seating-wizard.aviramk.com or to any third party, and none of it is stored on a server, because the application has no backend and no user accounts. If you close the tab without exporting, the data is gone.

What is collected

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to record which features are used — for example that an optimization was started, or that a CSV was exported. These events carry no guest data: they record that an action happened, not what it was about. Google Analytics also processes standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from the IP address, referring page and the pages you view. That processing is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are the only cookies the site sets, and they exist to distinguish one visit from another. Blocking them, or using a browser extension that blocks analytics entirely, has no effect on the optimizer: every feature keeps working. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

Your rights

Because no personal data about you is stored on any server operated by Aviram Kofman, there is no account to close and no dataset to export or erase on request. Requests relating to the analytics data held by Google should be directed to Google, and questions about this policy can be raised through the contact page.
